CB location (M3), Target Diamond (G1)
Practice this TML pattern on your table until each one becomes a known and trustworthy shot.
The running English doesn't have much effect off the first rail, but does open up the angle on the 2nd rail, right to the side pocket (or a big ball in the neighborhood).
The ball picks up some running English on the 1st and more on the 3rd rail. The ball makes a complete trip around the table back to the 1st rail.
The 1st rail doesn't taken much off the reverse spin. When it gets to the 2nd rail, there is enough remaining to shorten up the angle out. The ball will get back down-table along the long rail row of diamonds.
Other Sized Tables
For 8 foot tables, the same type of pattern requires about 1-1/4 tips out from center to get the paths shown. For 7 foot tables, 1-1/2 tip out from center is necessary to follow the pattern. The distances on small tables are less, so when the cue ball travels around in a trapezoid pattern, the rail contacts are more distorted.
