CB location (M3), Target Diamond (C1)
Practice this TML pattern on your table until each one becomes a known and trustworthy shot.
Another interesting pattern because of how much table it covers. This shot hits ALL rails with running English. The ball will go into the far corner.
This down-table, up-table pattern is a good way to cover the long rail row of diamonds.
Practice this one. The reverse spin takes hold on the 2nd rail. This keeps the ball going up and down along one half of the table. Worthwhile practicing with a target ball at different places in the pattern.
Other Sized Tables
For 8 foot tables, the same type of pattern requires about 1-1/4 tips out from center to get the paths shown. For 7 foot tables, 1-1/2 tip out from center is necessary to follow the pattern. The distances on small tables are less, so when the cue ball travels around in a trapezoid pattern, the rail contacts are more distorted.
