Critical to mastering CB control is how well you control the speed that the cue tip hits the cue ball. This is an exercise to achieve the precise speeds needed for the exercises in the CBC book.Line up a row of balls and shoot each one to achieve the expected results. This requires only a short amount of time. When you master this, say the speed to yourself before you stroke the ball. – i.e., “Soft 2 on this shot.”
