This is a multiple cue ball speed and spin drill. See Cue Ball Speed and Spin Variations. Make sure to observe the cue ball action (path from OB, any rail action, etc.) until it stops. You need to remember the results when you are in competition.

SHOOT each shot with these EIGHTEEN speeds:
- 12:00 (1 tip from center) – slow medium, and fast speeds
- 10:30 (1 tip from center) – slow, medium, and fast speeds
- 1:30 (1 tip from center) – slow, medium, and fast speeds
- 6:00 (1 tip from center) – slow, medium, and fast speeds
- 4:30 (1 tip from center) – slow, medium, and fast speeds
- 7:30 (1 tip from center) – slow, medium, and fast speeds
There are actually 39 recommended cue ball speed/spin combinations that eventually must be mastered. But these six are the critical ones that must be under your control.
